Hi, I'm Mon.

I am a Latvian sauna practitioner trained at Pirts Skola.

Aspects of the pirts that I am specifically interested in include herbalism and aromatherapy, Latvian mythology and symbolism, and queering my practice. I had my first healing pirts procedure over five years ago, sparking my interest in exploring and sharing this aspect of my heritage.

I believe in the power of somatic work, ritual, and ancestral healing practices for collective liberation.
